FOR COMPANIES

ICHRA & QSEHRA Plans

ICHRA stands for Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement. QSEHRA stands for Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement.

EMPLOYER decides how much they want to contribute each month to the employee’s “benefits bank”. The contributions are tax-free.

EMPLOYEE receives free expert guidance from Work Perks Pro to choose a plan that best fits their situation instead of being limited to whatever the employer chooses to offer.

EMPLOYER does not have to worry about huge rate increases at renewal. They are able to predict their costs year-to-year with 100% accuracy.

Medical Cost-Share Plans

These plans have been around for more than 30 years and give the employee more control over their healthcare decisions when compared to health insurance.

Employees are able to choose any doctor, any hospital, anywhere in the world and don’t have to worry about things like pre-authorizations from an insurance company. The employee and their doctor are in full control.

The monthly cost is usually lower than health insurance, and if an employee has to file a claim for medical bills, the out-of-pocket costs for healthcare expenses can be as little as $500, at most $5,000, which is drastically lower than a typical health insurance plan.

Group Plans

Employers who want a benefits plan compared to what larger employers with 50 or more employees offer will choose this option. Level-funded and traditional plans are available.

Some employers who have a level-funded plan actually receive refunds each year when the group’s healthcare claims come in lower than expected. Business owners who know there are costly health issues within the group will probably want to choose a traditional plan.

FOR FAMILIES & INDIVIDUALS

ACA Plans (Tennessee Only)

ACA is the acronym for Affordable Care Act. These plans are commonly referred to as Obamacare and are available through the Federal Marketplace.

The monthly price one pays for an ACA plan is on a sliding scale depending on household income and family size. The smaller the household income and/or larger the family size, the less one will pay each month.

You can quickly get an idea of what plans are available and the cost in your county by clicking the button below and entering basic information. It’s simple to do and usually takes less than 60 seconds for most.

You can self-enroll if you find a plan you like but before you do that, it’s recommended you take advantage of our free expertise before making your selection.

Medicare Plans (Tennessee Only)

Since 2005 Medicare beneficiaries in Tennessee have trusted us to help them choose a Medicare supplement or a Part C Medicare plan. Part C Medicare plans are commonly referred to as Medicare Advantage.

Medicare supplements and Advantage plans work differently. The primary differences between the two are what you will pay each month for the plan and what you will pay out-of-pocket, if anything, when you receive Medicare-covered services. You must have Medicare parts A and B in place to be eligible to enroll in a supplement or Advantage plan.

Medical Cost-Share Plans (Nationwide)

Cost-share plans have been around for more than 30 years and give you more control over your healthcare decisions when compared to health insurance obtained through the Federal Marketplace. You’re able to receive medical services from any doctor, any hospital, anywhere in the world. There are no provider networks to worry about.

Those who are health-conscience, cost-conscience, and have a sense of personal responsibility are a perfect match for this old-fashioned concept of paying for healthcare. We like to say medical cost-share plans work like health insurance did a long time ago before government got involved, providing affordability, choice, transparency, and support to pay for your healthcare expenses.

The plan recommended gives you unlimited lifetime benefits.
